Don't just think that it's going to be a very quick round and fast, really know your business. Focus on efficiency when it comes to metrics, not just stupid, pure growth. The one moment that I wasn't really prepared for was the thinking what can go wrong in customer reference calls. And then seeing how different investors are reacting to this environment or some are in complete shock, that stand still didn't do any deals.
