How to Overcome Expected Digital Barriers to Digital Transformation

Digital transformation in itself is both the end and the middle of an end, it's beyond plans on PAPA. I try to incorporate change management into my project management plan because you then begin to see the human side of it. It could be 1% of the population, even if you 0.05% of the patient experience, as long as not everybody have access to that,. That for me is also a question of, you know, equality. The most important thing is the system is able to integrate all of these channels together and make sure you're giving the same experience to that patient.
