There are other aspects as to how 80,000 hours is run that strike you as different from other charities not for profits. We've grown our staffing relatively slowly we've been around for seven years and now we have nine staff so we've really focused on higher like only hiring when we're very confident that that we uh want someone and that they're the right for the organization. A bad hire can be such a disaster it'sUh you're gonna want to hire high quite quite um deliberately what else oh I guess?
