The Importance of Gen Z in HR

Gen X was actually the top generational demographic for career mobility over the last year, followed by millennials and Gen Z and boomers. I think creating organizations that are really people-centric is definitely front of mind in today's world. And I think that's going to make the industry make our field better,. Make it more inclusive, make it more just aligned with the world that we're operating in today.
