The Role of Obstructive Intent in Free Speech
There are exceptions to the rule that I just said, there are. There are people who truly are pretty darn friendless when it comes to free speech. And those are the ones that guarantee the rights for the rest of us. The January 6 DC Circuit opinion on obstructing a legal proceeding is going to be really fun and interesting. We'll do a deep dive on that next time. Second, I want to re litigate anything that we talked about in the last episode, David. But I'm tired of only having credibility when people agree with me.
