Gabby's Family Is Suing the Police in Moab, Utah
A letter written by Roberta Laundry to her son Brian has also come to light. It included the following statements: "If you go to prison, I'll bake a cake with a shiv in it" The family of Gabby are now suing Moab police for failing to protect their daughter. Utah law clearly states that in the case of suspected domestic violence, an arrest must be made.
