The Role of Restaking in Roll-Ups

I think it is hard for me to imagine people doing that without some sort of guarantee. And this might be a little unpopular, but I think in order for roll-ups to get the level of adoption that they're going to get, I don't know. The social consensus layer is built around arbitrating whether or not these things are real or should happen. You've got human society on one end is this fair is this not is there a standard for that, you know, it has to be quantifiable.
