What I Learned From Last Week's Padcast

Last week's padcast, suggestd to go back and give it a lesson. i spoke about my experience in secondary school which was a negative experience. People who were shocked to think that some one could go through the school system like that. So what i do instead is acknowledge that a bad thing has happened, and then say to myself, what can i learn from this that will now make me resilient and achieve goals better? And that's what i tend to do.
