The Connection Between Russian Companies and the US Government
The four companies that I mentioned have had some contact with US government agencies. All four companies have participated in facial recognition tasks by the National Institute of Standards and Technology. And tech lab also has taken part in some contests. This contest was organized and funded by Intelligence Advanced Research Project Activity, which is an arm of the Office of the Director of National Intelligence.
