Why Aren't People Ready to Sell the Land at That Specific Price?
In Manhattan, the land becomes more valuable because there's lots of people there. But in Kansas City and Tampa, you can get to both places by car. The idea that somehow we can extrapolate from data in Manhattan to the rest of the country is just still, it's ridiculous. And so if you're interested in pursuing this development model, like if this is good for America, I think it's horrible for America.
