Shore to a Movie - What Is the Goal of the Movie?

When you're developing a feature, like what is the very specific goal they set out for on at the beginning of act two? Not just get to california, but find my mam and tell her i think she's a piece of crap. It's very specific, so that when you get there, everything that we've been told it's going to be, they see it in a completely different way. How do you want the audience to feel when they walk out of the theatre? Um, i guess feeling the feeling that start out really cheesy, im feelin that you can find connection, even in those that aren't your blood related family. I'm feeling that. Ah
