The Meta Game: A Narrative of Time Travel
In Steinsgate, you have a character who has discovered a way of using his cell phone to spoil alert to time travel. He uses it to save his friends from being killed but each time he resets to a different friend and stop getting killed until finally he finds the right timeline. And so this kind of parallel to our playing of a game that is, they're making the our external game experience of playing an avatar of that dies in the game. The gaming that that's internalized in the narrative makes the world.
