If you use third party app stores, you will still get billed by Apple. None of this has to do with the 30% fee. This isn't going to be some kind of workaround. There will be illicit stores that try to avoid these things. We'll have to pay Apple for anything, any money that they earn,. even when they're not using Apple's in that purchases.
