How to Be a Better Artist

The only you have to be at this point I don't think you're a serious analysis of the situation if you haven't embraced the whole notion that we are in a terminal crisis. You need to recognize whether your art is having an effect like if you draw a spiro graph a doodles for example or make really stupid cheesy socialism for the wind buttons or pins for example. Even if that makes you feel good you probably need to add a little grit of there and throw a little grit into the works to see what maybe you could be doing that's a little more effective  a little more reaches people a little more deeply but at every level you start with evaluating what you actually like
