The question is, can your body do it? And so that just again comes down to the individual. We basically don't walk away from, let's say five hard sets for a muscle group with a bunch of muscle damage that's going to take five days to repair. So I would definitely agree like an untrained individual. You don't want to have them do even one heart set a day probably. But there are still ways to actually make the very effective because the finger two studies in literature that reported the highest ever muscle growth rates were with blood flow restriction training.
