The culture of now is what we live it is the idea that if i have a question, i want to send you a text message and i'm going to get an answer now. Yet, why can't we do that in a conversation with a family member, in a negotiation with a conversation with our co workers? And we say, during this time, you're the most important thing. I'm going to turn my phone on, do not disturb. Then when i'm done, this is also part of it, have buffer time on the other side of it.
