The Rise of Soft Skills in the Service Industry

The need for deep technical skill sets in some industries has reduced, but I also think that that evolution is why the need for soft skills is so so strong. We have to somehow balance out the use of technology and AI with, you know, humans. It's definitely something that, if we don't kind of get a handle on it's going to maybe get out of control a little bit. But I feel really compelled to believe that there are leaders out there who are intending on getting ahead of this.
