Role Modeling for Junior Consultants
I think role modeling like being a learning role model is quite an important thing but it doesn't all have to fall on you either. You know there's other members of the multi-disciplinary team so you've got your regs where they could take on some teaching elements of the ward round. So I think it's all about the environment that you sort of create for everyone and to give them that permission to be inquisitive and be continuously thinking go I need to learn more and I want to develop.
