Creating a Space in Your Life

i'm wondering if there's anything more that you can share about being able to create that space. One of my favorite things to do is, tony robins has a, he calls it his morning priming exercise. My favorite thing to do usually is like a good morning coffee journal session. And any time i'm feeling just, like, flustered or anxious,  if my anxiety starts going up again, i've learned not to let it go off the rails. I use a mind meister for task management and sonna for gratitude.
