The Strengths of American Higher Education

I've always thought one of the strengths of american higher education is that t new institutions are popping up all the time. A lot of these new institutions have been christian of the last 20 years, and they're trying to fight what they see as a radical left takeover of higher education. I mean, we have no intention of creating a sort of, ouknow, right leaning version of counterbalance to what's predominantly left leaning in America. That would only exasperate the problem. We think that higher education should be oriented in ways that are broad ranging and ecumenical and consensus building. And i o the political asymmetry we find in society and in our culture here,
