What Does It Mean to Be Latino?

i've avoided trying to define the term latin music for a long time because it's so amorphos. I identify as alatina, yes and latine. I self identifys alatino, end of the black phrase. i'm indigenous, mexican, american india, indigenous. However, i was raised in a dominican household. It just doesn't make sense. But if i'm trying to like, pick who gets to go on the play list, i need some parimeters.
