"I feel like I most just have this funny kind of wave property. It kind of comes and goes in these waves," she says. "It might even intensify very briefly as I'm like holding in on the thing that I feel like I've lost, but then it will probably come down after that after a little while" If you identify what an emotion is about, he says, 'it basically goes away within a few seconds' if not right away. But with everyday little emotions, there's a process of loss that doesn't happen immediately.
