The Importance of Data and Technology in DEI's Success

In preparation to become a public company, we impart on every single one of our countries that we were operating on as kind of their own data sets. We now have one common platform and book of record for all of our employees. It's integrated across the different talent lifecycle processes, compensation, our talent reviews,.
