Do You Need a Coffee Break?

For me, it's a general thing of like, I know that if I've been on coffee for about like three months, without taking any kind of breaks, like it's time for me to take a break. Even if that break is like a two week break. And usually what he'll do is I will, I didn't really drink coffee until maybe the last like ten years of my life. It just wasn't something that I kind of got into. So yeah, that's a great idea. Go for walks, organize something fun that gives you joy and energy then you forget about the coffee.
