How to Buy a Home in the Emerging Markets

Roland Martin: My goal with Palm Springs, this is truly just like a hack. I just want to own there so badly and have a home I could use myself. So do you think it's possible? Is it possible to just like break even there and get into it for that strategy? He says people are willing to stay in nicer properties because they're currently where they live. Martin: What we have found, especially with luxury properties,  is that those type of properties can outperform almost any market.
