What's the Best Place to Start a Note Fund?
There are a lot of note funds and hard money funds that are licensed, regulated. Do your due diligence, even more on a fund than you do an individual alone. Don't invest your entire retirement savings in one deal. You don't have to hit a few base hits before hitting the home plate. Be careful when doing your own deals,. When you go into these funds that can be really hard to get a better rate of return.
