Women in Technology - Mary Meeker and James Gorman
There were very few women on Wall Street. And I think there was a view about, you know, they want to raise a family. They're really not dedicated. Mary Meeker pushed the firm to get a lot more involved in tech. Zoe Cruz was an outstanding trader, manager, did a great job. So it just seemed natural,. You know, to see these women in roles that show real leadership.
