Inanimat those things are real, right? Are human? Right? Yes, anmen. And i think that is important, you know, you mention the first do no harm. They need to trust me, and i need to trust myself that i am not leading them astray. In some patient populations, i may be working with somebody who has high school education or less,. Here i am, i have years of post graduate training and all this sort of stuff. It's a lot of what i sort of scribe as more intuitive or psychological aspects of how we approach medicine.
