trag, one short answer to your question before i let mack in. We recently wrote a small report on the potential of what a faster train from baltimore to d c could do. If you sort of look at a two mile radius outside of the train station in d c and looked at the job space there, that would asenplly double the job space of the entire city of baltimore. There's real potential there. But i think you already see a willingness for people to live in one city and orkin another. It just plays all down to a sort of ability and time.
