Climate Change - Fund for Loss and Damage?
The big success of this conference is being touted as that of a fund for loss and damage. To what extent is this agreement an admission by the developed nations of the world that they are responsible for the climate emergency? Well, I think it is an acknowledgement of that. They've resisted this for years now, if not decades, because of concern that they could be held liable for producing the largest share of historical missions.
