How to Restore Your Recovery System

If we're constantly in a survival state, all our resources get devoted to doing. We're not getting resources shared with our recovery system. So it's really critical for us to recognise that when that system starts to kick in and start practising techniques such as breath work or self touch. And then by reminding yourself you're safe, you remind your recovery nervous system to turn on. That will sustain in your pique performance for a much longer period of time and avoid burnont which is a major thing.
