Building a Trusted Build of Zinc

The idea is that you start from a C compiler and then you build your way up until the latest. In cases where there is no dedicated bootstrap process, what they tend to have also when it comes to Zinc today is the chain. So like today, if they beyond wants to add Zinc one way that they can have a trusted build of Zig is to check out the latest version of Zig that still has the C++ code base.
