The Different Types of Practice

Change isn't always positive, of course, or necessarily explicitly goal-orientated. And our capacity to move with change is directly related to the degree of psychological suffering we can potentially experience and tolerate. There are many all too familiar with the difference between two types of practice. The former often justifies resistance through encoded, darmic norms. The other returns us to our humanity and forces us to own up to it.
