Nikki: "It provided this real clarifying kind of booster rocket to that project" In playtest, we still got some of our best results by looking at people's reset reaction when they weren't players who were really perfectly suited for the video game. Looking at players that didn't fit the model is actually often more productive than looking at players that did fit the model. I was hoping it would have been better for that, but it just wasn't.
