The Negative Side of Low Energy for Athletes

There is evidence that low energy status for athletes can be reversible. The body doesn't get spored with one stimulus, so you have to do multi directional loading. Even if you haven't been able to get a DEXA or even if the DEXA doesn't look too bad, we won't be happy that your bones are affected. It's just an energy sapping thing. That makes them feel better mentally and physically. If you really love your sport or you're addicted to exercise, it gives you mental health boost. You know what I mean? We'll talk more about this later on in the show.
