The Gender Gap in Stem Majors

Even gifted women who are attracted to stem gravitate towards the life sciences. Proportionately, males outnumbered females by almost two to one on the things oriented scientis that means physics, matics and engineering. Women were about twice as likely to take stem majors as a general population of female undergraduates. Even though everyone in coror two was gifted in mass skills, those with those whose verbal skills were even higher than their mass skills ended up in the social sciences. While those s mass skills were greater than their verbal skills tended to end up in scamfields.
