The Right Approach to Model Complexity
Eunough: One of the challenges of any large scale modelling effort is trying to represent the real world in all its complexity. But also not making it so complex that nobody can understand what on earth is happening in the model. So how do you think about those trade offs? Eunough: If this is a useful thing to have a to inform real word decisions, it is worth doing - even if it means we're going to make the model computationly more complex.
