Kubernetes Is Not Overkill

I never went into Kubernetes or things like that I looked at it but one of my issues always was what would I do with my database now for me it's just the most simplest way to run an app. My Gautfi project started out as a Ruby application in something like 2008 and they're running on server in data center which had a slave running on Postgres. If you have this one singular app that you're deploying that you want the fact that you're focused on one app might not need the level of orchestration  Kubernetes can provide.
