Dan Cevallos: People have a tendency to catastrophize some of these circumstances where it's like, oh my God, nobody was listening. So I think part of it is don't read too much negativity into these interactions. Don't assume positive intent on others and also be as generous as you can in your own interactions. And one of the things that I try to do on a Zoom call is actually to try to look into the camera as I'm looking right now.
