There's conflicting incentives between long term value creation and short term speculation. I'm certainly brought in on the fact that you should, you have more tools at your disposal to build network effects. But it also feels a littleit it just requires a kind of more constant energy to feed it than a traditional network. In fact, might work like facebook has done everything that hey can to make their product unusable, and still, the network offact persists because it has that proprietary data it right plugged into so many different places.
