There should be a secondary market place for, like, older books that are out of print and aren't really making ot money. Publishers own a lot of the rights but it's possible to slot them up yourself. I felink if you wante to publisher here, like e, you otsoe zero dollars off this book for five years, we'll pay you five thousand dollars for it, and now it's our rights. So m ad. No reason you can't, ye. It mean, that's what striped presses do.
