The Cerebellum Is Not Not Conscious

We see that in atomic bombs where you could have 3.726 pounds of plutonium and it just inert is radioactive. So we know we know where they're coming from. As long as you can import consciousness into matter then you can sort of be a physicalist. But that's not what most people mean when they're talking about being aphysicalist.
