The Monte Carlo Model of Working on Two Things at a Time

This Monte Carlo is assuming we're only working on one feature at a time. In most real world cases, that's not true. As either of those features goes down to zero stories, we pull the next one in. If our feature whip is two, we're working on these two features. When one gets done, we pulling the next one out. And the next one gets done,. we pull thenext one in. That is how we would model that in Monte Carlo as well. So let me show you what. I'm going to keep the left pane frozen, where we're showing the Monte Carlo with the feature whip of one and when it's feature with two.
