How to Achieve a Certain Victory

I was very struck, but on the times I visited you and the Team Sky operation on the Tour de France by how the definition of the team weren't the nine cyclists. And everybody I spoke to knew that they were playing their part in getting Chris Froome over the line in Paris in the Yellow Jersey. That sense of the whole team probably has relevance into business, into government, into education institutions, hospitals - we're all behind achieving these goals. You've got to be successful. Have a goal. Have a vision. What am I trying to do in my life? What are the time of the team? What am I tried to do?
