The Importance of Internal Audit in the Workplace
When I came into Caesar's, that was actually one of the more significant changes from a culture standpoint that I put but a strategy in place. So we did put a number of changes in place to let our employees know that if they wanted to move to other areas, we would welcome it and encourage it facilitated. As long as you're really sincere in terms of wanting to develop and mold your employees and they see that they want to stay with the company long. Yeah.
