In India, Is There a Difference in Number of Constituencies?
Linguistic fractionalization and the splitting up of states in 64 along linguistic lines, it seems to have done something very interesting in india. There's no such constituency which has only half a million voters in india any more. So if you are in that kind of a situation, you need to drastically expand the size of parliament. But i think its probably the only way forward to preserve the unity as it is with its proportional representation. I don't know what will happen, but ican i ase ideas in my mind.
