I'd say I probably had less than 20 experiences in my life of like mushrooms and LSD, maybe 20 or 30 of you including MDMA. And at 30 years old to make it that far through my life to do a full on insane ego death trip worth of mushrooms, like totally broke my fucking mind for a solid 12 months. Do you have any sort of like practice around it or anything like that? Is it just, you know, when you're with friends and it makes itself available? What do you mean by practice? Like being in like a therapeutic setting or? You just need to like eat a mushroom to get there, you know?
