Is There a Future for a Back Up System for Space Missions?
The x ray detector could be used as a back up system for high value space missions. It is more accurate than ground base navigation, at least with current technology. The farther you get from earth, the lower the signal power and time needed on de space network. If we start talking about sending lots of space craft far away from the earth, what if they didn't have to call home?
