Wellington's Triumph at Talevera
Wellesley becomes a Wellington as a result of his victory at Talevera, so he's made Vy count Wellington of Talevera. The French are basically left to starve in the northern part of the country because Wellington's conducted this squish earth policy. He doesn't become Duke of Wellington until right at the end of the war and we'll go on to fight the battle of Waterloo as the Duke of Wellington.
