Are You Risk-Intelligent?

I think this mindset we've been talking about in terms of acknowledging that surprises will happen, having the humility to admit that you can't predict things. I mean, obviously, you don't want to go in gung ho full hardy. But how do you be risk-intelligent? How can you make that a thing in your company?
